This was just the best whole fish I ever had in my life, super tasteful. The only downside it takes almost 3 hours to cook, so I'd advise to place the order ahead of time.

The day before New Year's Eve, my friend invited me here for my lunch. They had just opened, so there were a bunch of bouquets and dates on the side counter. Behind the main counter were the spitfire grills of lamb and chicken. We share katsu chicken, burger, steak sandwich, fries, and chips. The food was good and had a unique fusion. I never had Mediterranean food like this. For example, in a burger or sub sandwich style. Usually it's with pita bread, which they also offer. Service was nice and friendly- we were checked up on often!

Sinbad Mediterranean Cuisine is fast and casual Middle Eastern Eatery. You order at the counter and have a seat while they make your food. They also have ready fried chicken, chicken tenders, fried fish, french fries, biscuits, and homemade potato chips. I ordered the chicken shawarma wrap, which also comes as a plate or with beef. The wrap comes with fries, but I asked them not to put them in the wrap but on the plate. I also had a side of yellow basamti rice. The wrap, which was $8.99 plus tax, was quite good. The chicken had a very good flavor, but it was a little on the dry side. I was just glad its tastiness made up for the dryness. The pickles were tasty, and the garlic sauce was fire. It was great for dipping the whole wrap. The fries were decent, but the yellow rice was excellent. I liked it flavor and loose texture that it offered. The food was good and the service was friendly. What else could you ask for?
